I'm a mortgage broker based in New Brunswick, and my approach is simple: I want my clients to be successful financially, not just today, but for the long haul.
I'm licensed in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island, so wherever you are in the Maritimes, we can work together.
I spent more than a decade working in financial institutions before becoming a Mortgage Broker. That experience shaped how I work today. My focus isn't on selling mortgages. It's on finding the right solutions to help you achieve your goals, with honest advice and genuine empathy along the way.
The mortgage is just one piece of your financial picture. My goal is to help you understand the full picture, make informed decisions you feel good about, and build the kind of long-term relationship where you can come back as your life inevitably evolves.
In 2025, I teamed up with Jill to bring stronger options and faster solutions to our clients. Jill has been a mortgage broker since 2022, and she's quickly built a reputation for the kind of dedication that earns her recognition like the 2025 President's Club. She holds both the Accredited and Preferred Mortgage Professional of Canada (PMPC) designations, which represent a deep commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in this industry.
When Jill and I started working together, the idea was simple: two brains are better than one. We collaborate daily on challenging files, and that collaboration has proven incredibly valuable in getting deals across the finish line that might not have happened otherwise.

Melissa is the lead underwriter supporting both Jill and me. She's the person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From document intake, to making sure the details on your file are accurate, to following up on items needed to successfully close your transaction, Melissa's work is what allows Jill and me to focus on the advice piece while knowing our clients are supported every step of the way.
With over 20 years of financial services experience across multiple banks, and her own mortgage associate license, Melissa brings incredible depth of expertise to the team. She's the kind of professional you want in your corner.
When you work with me, I'm your primary contact through every step of your mortgage journey. Jill and I each run our own mortgage businesses, but we believe in collaboration over competition. We support each other daily, and that means when you choose to work with me, you're not just getting Essy. You're getting a team.
Should I ever be unavailable, Jill is the person I would entrust the care of my clients to. She and I hold the same core values, and high standards of customer service.
